About Silvia - Stress Management Coach

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a background as a former NHS healthcare professional, my journey has always revolved around health. I know firsthand how relentless stress and burnout can quietly take hold and how deeply they can affect every aspect of life.

As a registered Naturopathic Health Coach (ANP, UKIHCA) with certification from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Radiology, I specialise in stress management by bringing together clinical insight and holistic wisdom to guide you toward a calmer, healthier, and more sustainable way of living.

In parallel with my coaching practice, I work with one of the world’s leading medical device companies, delivering medical education across Europe, specialising in the delicate and vital area of brain vessels. This provides me with a unique insight into the connection between chronic stress, vascular health, and the nervous system and why early preventive care matters more than ever.
